Features/changes:

- Direct support for cards v60

  Please Note: AFAIK Key Extraction DOES NOT work with card ver 60!

- General speed increase, especially when reading initial card info

- MKF is now multilingual. Current supported languages are: English, French and Spanish. 
  This list can expand if anyone is willing to help with translation.

- Links.ini has now three sections: [English], [French] and [Spanish] instead of only one: [Links]. 
  This setup allows different links for each language. PBM.ini also updated with some new entries.

- Support for OKI cards (V4.0 with ATR "57 60") , which (by design) reverse bytes in all PPV records.

- Changed "Delete Keys" behaviour. You can now delete secondary key without loosing primary and other way around (as long as the entered primary/secondary is correct, of course).

- "Automatic Logging" option. If you check this option MKF will automatically create new file (every time you connect) in the <MKF_Folder>\Logs with format: <UA_decimal>_<date>_<time>.log

- Possibility to extract any new key if you know previous one. 
If you fill in any key's value in the Keys Section of any Provider (either by typing it in or by opening your KeyFile for given card), one extra function becomes available in "Card Records", namely: "Paste from Keys' Section". This will allow you to extract any key that follows it, without the need to go through entire extraction procedure.

- Added monitoring of KeyFile 'saved' status to avoid message popping up every time you had a key file opened and pressed "Exit". MKF will now know if you recently saved your file and wont unnecessarily ask you to save it again.

- Automatic PBM unlocking when extracting keys. If your PBM is locked MKF will ulock it, extract the key and lock it  back.

- Complete re-write of PPV handling. MKF now supports creation/modification/removal of all types of PPV records (Ax, Bx & Dx) There is also option to create multiple Events in one go.

- Number of bug fixes (big thanks to beta testers!)
